Mrs. Charles E. Sleezer, 81, passed away at her home in
Millington early Sunday morning. The funeral was held Tuesday
afternoon from the home in Millington, the Rev. Glenn Dunbar of
Hampshire officiating. Internment was in the family lot in the
Millington-Newark Cemetery.
Margaret McMath Sleezer, daughter of Samuel and Isabella McMath, was
born April 10, 1855, on the McMath homestead, now known as the
Jasinsky farm in LaSalle county, one mile southwest of Millington.
She was one of a family of seven all of whom have preceded her in
death.
